Frequently asked questions

Flat roofs up to 10° use our ballasted east–west (CF103) or south-facing (CF101) systems without roof penetration, or the raised panel system (CF104). Tile roofs use stainless SUS304 hooks with rails (CT20); standing-seam metal roofs use seam clamps (C40); trapezoidal sheet roofs use short rails fixed to the ribs (C30); corrugated fibre-cement roofs use hanger bolts (C20).

Our tile roof and raised panel systems are rated for wind up to 60 m/s and snow up to 1.8 kN/m². Our standard ground mount systems are rated for wind up to 57 m/s and snow of 0.5 kN/m². For other site loads we design the structure to the project and supply the structural calculation.

PHC piles (CG101), single and double ramming piles (CG201, CG301), a single pile with cement injection (CM401), double piles with a cement base (CG501), ground screws (CG601) and an all-aluminium structure on ground screws (CG701). Ramming piles are driven 1,500–2,000 mm deep, with no concrete to prepare.

Aluminium 6005-T5 and 6063-T5/T66, SUS304 stainless steel, hot-dip galvanised steel and magnesium-aluminium-zinc coated steel (POSMAC). Small parts are stainless steel A2-70.

Yes. We provide structural calculations and CFD simulation for our designs, and on-site pull-out tests for ground screws and ramming piles with a written report.

Our universal clamps fit framed modules 30–55 mm thick. The flat roof ballast systems accept modules of 1,448–2,150 × 950–1,060 mm. Poly, mono and thin-film modules can be used on our ground mount systems.

Yes. Our mounting structures are pre-assembled before delivery to save labour on site.
