Engineering design

We analyse each project’s conditions, including the site terrain, soil conditions, module layout, inverter specification, communication and so on, and provide customers with the most economical and reliable solar mounting solutions. In addition, we provide strength calculations and CFD simulation to prove the reliability of our design.

Pull-out test

We provide our customers with an on-site pull-out test service for ground screws and ramming piles, and provide the pull-out test report.

Training

Our engineers provide on-site installation training for customers all over the world. The training can also be done over the internet or by telephone conference.

After-sales service

If a problem related to our products is found, we respond and provide a solution within 24 hours on working days. The problem can be diagnosed over the internet, and we can also send our engineer to the site to solve it.
